At Omnis Academy, we offer a range of high-performance programs for athletes aged 11 and up. Whether you’re looking for long-term support or a focused training block, each option includes elite-level testing and coaching usually reserved for professionals. Choose from our comprehensive yearly program, intensive 12-week block, or flexible seasonal blocks—each designed to help you build strength, skill, and confidence in a supportive environment.

High Performance Blue Print
Ages 11years +

Take your development to the next level with our High Performance Blueprint built for athletes who are ready to invest in themselves on and off the field. Our yearly program gives you access to performance testing and analysis typically reserved for elite athletes and professional clubs.

This is our most cost-effective option, offering the best value for committed athletes. You’ll enjoy the highest level of flexibility with the ability to pause your membership for holidays, injuries, or representative duties, so your progress never has to stop.
