We love working with our junior athletes—it’s where lifelong confidence and healthy habits begin. Starting strength training early isn’t just about building muscle; it’s about building self-belief, coordination, and resilience. Research shows that kids who begin supervised strength training by age 7–11 can improve their overall athletic performance by up to 74%*—setting them up for success in sport and life. Every session is a chance to help young athletes grow stronger, safer, and more confident, both on and off the field.

Our Youth S&C Program is the perfect introduction to training for young athletes. We focus on building confidence, teaching movement basics, developing speed, strength, and agility all in a fun, positive, and supportive environment. Every session helps kids grow, learn, and enjoy being active.

Rugby League-Based Warm Up: Engage with dynamic, sport-specific warm ups inspired by real Rugby League training
Technique Block:
Master the basics with expert coaching on main and foundational movement patterns

Running Mechanics:
Develop speed and efficiency through focused practice on arm and leg technique, switching, frame, and starts

Change of Direction (Agility) Drills: Build quickness, balance, and confidence with fun, age-appropriate agility work

Strength Circuits:
Strengthen key movement planes safely, using methods designed especially for growing athletes

Guided by experienced coaches who understand youth development and care about every athlete’s progress

- Direct Debited Weekly on Monday

About Our Program
Junior Rugby League Academy

Give your child the best start in rugby league! Our Academy teaches safe tackling, strong ball running, and essential skills with fun, game-inspired drills. Supportive coaches and a focus on confidence and progress ensure every young player feels encouraged and excited to play.

Learn how to tackle safely and with confidence, using age-appropriate methods that protect young bodies

Contact & Ball Running Skills:
Build strength and bravery as a ball carrier, with drills that teach how to stay strong in contact and enjoy the game

Fundamental Ball Skills:
Practice the basics—passing, catching, and handling the ball—so every player feels comfortable and ready on the field
