In a 1:1 or small group setting (up to 6), every session is coached with intent: clear standards, precise feedback, and progressions built around your needs. Expect individual attention, detailed technical coaching, and a plan that evolves as you do. We keep groups small so you’re never lost in the crowd, just supported, challenged, and guided with the insight that helps athletes improve faster and train with confidence.

Speed Development
Field & Gym Based

Our Speed Development Program is built to deliver real, measurable speed, using high-performance methods and elite coaching you won’t find in a standard training setting.
On the field, we assess and refine your mechanics, then progress you through structured acceleration and max-velocity work with precise technical feedback. In the gym, we build the strength, power, and elastic qualities that actually transfer to faster sprinting, supported by mobility, tissue prep, and smart load management. Every session is coached with intent, tailored to the athlete, and designed to improve performance while reducing injury risk.

Skill & Conditioning

Our Rugby League Field Sessions are delivered by an elite coaching team with genuine rugby league expertise, including representative system coaches and current players, so you’re learning from people who understand the game and the standard required.
In the Skill sessions, we build confident, consistent players by coaching attack, defence, and core fundamentals with detail, intent, and game-realistic pressure. In the Conditioning sessions, we develop match-fit engines through a smart blend of ground-based work, traditional conditioning, and competitive games (numbers dependent), so fitness is built with purpose and transfer to performance.

In Gym Conditioning, we build repeat-effort capacity and work rate through targeted conditioning methods that complement field training, without compromising performance. Our Team Sessions are built to raise the standard of your training, not just run the group. We deliver high-performance coaching with a strong focus on skill competency, drill quality, and clear progressions, so athletes improve faster and coaches leave with a better system.
We can travel to you for field-based sessions, or host your team at Omnis for a gym-based option when you want strength & conditioning support or a reliable wet-weather alternative.
